Distinguished 'Education Impact' Award

The Education Impact Award could be awarded to an individual, a group or an association that has made significant or unprecedented impact on education nationwide. The impact must have shaped education generally or specifically policy formulation, implementation or practice and could be characterised by, but not limited to; 1. Improved access 2. Enhanced quality 3. Teacher development 4. Curricular development The nominee must be recognised as someone who has led national reforms and initiatives that have contributed to the advancements mentioned above.

Proposer

A nominee must be proposed by someone familiar with the nominee's character and achievements and is able to facilitate provision of required supporting verifiable material.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Be any member of the public, a group, an association or an institution well known for their contribution to education in the country.

Exclusion
None

Achievement Criteria

1. Scope of successful programs spearheaded by recipient/s.
2. Scale of impact of contribution
3. Continued relevance of the achievements
