Outstanding Non-Teaching Staff

The Outstanding Non-Teaching Staff Award targets any Non-Teaching staff of Mfantsipim School who has made a significant contribution towards the smooth running of the school and the well-being of its students and staff. His/her dedication to service and accomplishments must be reflected in the overall school environment. Posthumous recognition is permitted.


Proposer

A nominee must be proposed by a student, alumnus, teaching staff and fellow non-teaching staff who is familiar with the nominee’s character and achievements. The proposer must provide a profile or curriculum vitae of the nominee, including reasons for the nomination.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

1. All categories of non-teaching staff (Administrative, technical, support services etc.)

2. Must have demonstrated high standards of honesty, responsibility and ethical behaviour

3. Have provided long-term commitment and reliability in serving the school community

4. Must have served for a considerable number years

Exclusion

All teaching staff are excluded from this award category

Areas of assessment may include:

1. Dedicated long-term service

2. Character and integrity

3. Impact on students and staff

4. Demonstration of resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges

5. Service to Mfantsipim School
