Outstanding Teaching Staff

The Outstanding Teaching Staff Award recognises outstanding teachers who have demonstrated exceptional instructional skills, creativity and dedication to students’ success.

Proposer

A nominee must be proposed by someone who is familiar with the nominee’s character and achievements in the field of education and is able to facilitate provision of the required verifiable supporting material.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

The nominee must meet one of the following criteria:

1. Current teaching staff with a minimum of five (5) years of service to the school.

2. All former teaching staff who once served for a minimum of five (5) years in the school.

Achievement Criteria

1. Developed and implemented innovative instructional strategy programmes or initiatives that met diverse students’ needs, promoting excellent learning outcomes

2. Demonstrated significant improvement in students’ achievement, engagement, and motivation in meeting diverse needs of students.

3. Provided effective mentorship and coaching to students and colleague staff.

Number of Awards

This Award may be given to more than one individual.
